These hilarious candid photos were shot by a hidden camera at the Nightmares Fear Factory in Niagara Falls, CA.
The photo is taken during a moment when, in absolute darkness, a car’s headlights suddenly turn on and the car charges the visitors.
Check out the entire awesome series here.

life:
It was fifty years ago today that Bob Dylan had his first recording session at Columbia Records. Dylan was backup harmonica for folk singer Caroline Hester — It was shortly after that Dylan was offered his own deal with Columbia.

Oh man, my hair is just like….long and naturally curly. It takes enough energy to make sure I don’t get dreadlocks because I don’t like to brush my hair after I wash it. It would be one thing if I had nice, clean and crisp dreadlocks but….my inherent laziness makes me look like a slob…this would no help. For all you ladies who can do this, I say go for it but I’m so lazy. :P

These photos are absolutely fucking beautiful. My guess is they’re not wet prints because the background is super clear, but this is one of the first times I’ve seen that depth of emotion portrayed through digital portraits.

African Boy of Egypt
i believe at the top of the photo it says “jeune barbarin” which means young barbarian. not sure about the translation or the usage of the term. but nonetheless, yay colonialism.
Yeah, i noticed that too D: Not nice..
Romans used to call the people Indigenous to North Africa, Barbarians. That’s where the word ‘Berber’ comes from and since i learnt that ‘Berber’ is actually a slur, i just say Amazigh now.
I feared that’s what it meant. =( I actually looked up the term “barbarian” in french and it was spelled a lot differently. I learn something new everyday…this is such a fail though. But it is interesting to learn the linguistic roots of the term ‘berber’…ill make a point to refrain from future use.

Colourful Moon-3 (by EddieTrimarchi)
You wouldn’t know by looking at the moon, that it was radiating so many different colours. Caused by the composition of minerals in the lunar soil, these colours are captured by cameras but need image processing techniques to make them visible. Taken September 26 2010 with a 6” f6 (900mm) Maksutov Newtonian Telescope and a Canon 20D DSLR camera. This is a single 1/40th second exposure at ISO 100. Photoshop was used to enhance the colours to a visible level.

Labels Project, Vol. One
The Labels Project is a collaborative project between myself and Hedda Hammer, a bay area artist and writer, and came after we attended our first pride events in Los Angeles and Long Beach. Being newly out we noticed quite a few groups and sub groups that we felt were not properly represented in the media, even our own media. We felt that there was so much about the LGBTQ community that we did not know, and I’m sure others don’t know about.
Though the project has gone through some changes since it’s initial conception, we hope it hope it will continue to grow and evolve as does our community.
reblogging this for the sole photo of the male with the sign that says, “i am a pansexual male.” I’m pretty positive that’s Michael, and we went to school together my sophmore/transfer year at Columbia… What?
OMG that IS him!
